Overview
Established equipment dealers have long run the finance-heavy parts of the business — the plant register, floorplan liabilities, the dispatch whiteboard, standing service contracts — in a patchwork of spreadsheets and legacy systems like AM-Win. The machines are assets and liabilities as well as stock: each one has an acquisition cost, depreciation, hire income, floorplan interest and a lifetime profit or loss that never quite makes it back to the books. The result is a fleet you can't value at a glance, floorplan curtailments tracked by memory, and a dispatch board nobody off-site can see.
The Equipment Dealer Suite closes that gap. Every dealer-owned machine is an asset with a live lifetime P&L (acquisition, depreciation, hire income and costs) and a utilisation history. Floorplanned units sit under trust receipts with ageing, accruing interest and a curtailment tracker, so your financier exposure is always current. A technician dispatch board schedules jobs across the workshop and the field, with leave and public-holiday awareness, and the field app lets technicians see their run, capture meter readings and take customer sign-off on-site. Recurring-contract billing drafts service invoices on a weekly-to-annual cadence, and available-to-promise shows what you can actually commit once hard allocations and inbound stock are accounted for. It is billed as one premium module and reads from the same live ledger as the rest of your DMS.
