MDMS is a cloud-native dealer management system built specifically for the way Australian equipment dealerships operate. We built MDMS because dealers were managing complex operations across multiple spreadsheets, disconnected accounting systems, and paper job cards — and every available software solution either came from the US with no Australian compliance built in, or was a legacy platform with architecture that had not changed since the 1990s. MDMS replaces that entire stack with a single platform covering sales, build orders, workshop service, field service, rental fleet management, parts and warehouse operations, warranty recovery, and finance.
