Features
Rental contracts, utilisation and billing in one place
Manage rental fleet availability, contracts, recurring billing and return condition assessments.

Overview
MDMS brings rental fleet management together in one place, covering availability, contracts, billing and returns. A fleet calendar shows what is available and when, so you can reserve the right unit without double-booking. Contracts can run on daily, weekly or monthly terms, and recurring invoicing handles the billing schedule so revenue is captured consistently across the rental period.
The workflow follows a rental from start to finish. Reserve a unit from the available fleet, sign the contract, deliver it, and bill on schedule as the rental runs. When the unit comes back, a return inspection records its condition, and if there is damage you can bill for it directly. Because rental shares the same platform as your equipment and finance tools, units and revenue stay in sync.
