Isolation enforced in the database, not just the app
Many dealer management platforms keep customers apart only in application code — one missed check and a query can read another dealer's records. MDMS enforces isolation in the database itself: every table carries a tenant boundary, and row-level security policies automatically scope every read and write to your dealership. Because those rules are applied by the database on each query, an application bug can't quietly expose another tenant's customers, equipment, parts, work orders or financials. Access is tenant-scoped by default, and that boundary holds as the platform scales.
Granular access for every role and branch
Dealerships are not flat organisations, and MDMS reflects that. Role-based access lets you control exactly what each person can see and do — by role, by branch and by department — so a workshop technician, a parts interpreter, a salesperson and a finance officer each work within the right boundaries. Multi-branch operators can keep each location's data scoped to the people who need it, while principals retain a consolidated view across the whole business.
