MDMS is built to make the move straightforward. Your data is the hard part of any migration, so we give you guided import templates for the records dealers care about most — customers and contacts, suppliers, parts and inventory, equipment and units, price lists, employees, open quotes and work orders, opening balances, labour codes, branch mappings and tax codes.

The import centre is designed to catch problems before they reach your live system. Download a template, fill it from your existing exports, then drag and drop the file to upload. MDMS shows you a preview before anything is committed, runs validation checks against each row, and flags duplicates so you don't end up with the same customer or part twice. If something doesn't look right, you fix the spreadsheet and try again — nothing is written until you are happy with it.

When you create your account, a dedicated environment is provisioned for your dealership straight away. A setup wizard walks you through your company, branches, departments, users and preferences, and guided flows help you connect your Xero accounting. Before you switch over, an automated readiness check validates your configuration so you can go live with confidence rather than guesswork.
