Features
Track every serial-numbered unit through its lifecycle
Manage new, used and demo equipment with full status, location, configuration and service history per serial number.

Overview
MDMS tracks every serial-numbered unit through its entire lifecycle, covering new, used and demo equipment in one register. For each serial number you can see its current status, location, configuration and full service history, with a bill of materials describing exactly how the unit is built. Pricing and configuration options come from the price book, so what you sell and what you stock stay aligned.
Units flow naturally through the business. Onboard them from purchase orders or build orders, allocate them to quotes and sales orders, and watch each unit move through a clear status machine from available to allocated to sold. When the time comes to hand over, a commissioning checklist makes sure the unit is fully prepared before it leaves the yard, and the record stays attached to the serial for life.
