Reorder the right parts before you stock out

In most equipment dealerships reordering parts is still a manual scan of the shelves and a gut call on what to buy. That is how the fast-moving filters, seals and consumables run out mid-repair while cash sits dead in slow lines nobody wants. The person who knows the numbers is usually the busiest person on the counter, and reorder decisions get made in the gaps between jobs.
