How does pricing work?

Core modules are a flat A$59 per month each; the premium General Ledger & Operations module is A$259 per month. Finance (invoicing, AR/AP, tax) is included in every plan; add the modules you need on top. Your first user and first location are included; extra users are A$9/mo each and extra locations are A$219/mo each. Pay monthly at list price, or bill annually and save 15%.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a genuinely free 14-day trial with no credit card required. You get full access to your selected modules. When the trial ends you simply choose a plan and check out to continue.

Can I change modules later?

Yes. Add or remove modules, seats and locations at any time from your in-app billing screen. Changes are reflected on your next invoice.

What are the starter packs?

Starter packs are shortcuts that pre-tick a sensible set of modules for a common business type. They use exactly the same per-module pricing — there's no separate pack discount, and you can tweak the module selection before you subscribe.

Can I import my own data?

Absolutely. MDMS includes a full Import Centre with downloadable templates, drag-and-drop upload, field mapping, duplicate detection, and validation checks for customers, contacts, parts, equipment, work orders, price lists and more.

How is my data kept separate from other dealerships?

MDMS enforces tenant isolation in the database itself: row-level security policies automatically scope every query to your dealership. Access is further controlled by role, branch and department, and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I connect my accounting system?

MDMS has a live two-way Xero integration — customer invoices and supplier bills push to Xero, payment updates flow back, and GST and contacts stay aligned.
