Mobile-first field service for on-site jobs
Dispatch field technicians, capture signatures, log travel and parts, and bill the customer without paperwork going home.

Overview
MDMS field service is mobile-first, built for technicians working on customer sites rather than in the workshop. Dispatch a job straight to a technician's device, and they work from a mobile job card that tracks both travel and on-site time. Photos and signatures are captured on the spot, and every job is auto-numbered in the FJ-YYYY-NNNNN format so it is easy to find later.
The whole point is to stop paperwork going home in the ute. A technician completes the job and signs it off on site, and the details flow back into the office automatically so the customer can be invoiced without delay. Because field service shares the same platform as workshop service, parts and your customer records, on-site work and in-house work stay connected instead of living in separate systems.
